Hi, I'm Artem Permyakov — a founder, game producer, and studio builder. I've spent a decade in game development, moving between production, player experience, studio leadership, LiveOps, remote teams, roadmaps, and the invisible machinery that turns creative chaos into shipped things. Previously, I led Studio Operations at DECA Games and worked across titles like Neverwinter, Star Trek Online, Realm of the Mad God, Gods & Glory, and Celtic Heroes. More recently, I helped lead a remote AA studio through pre-production on a UE5 horror-action RPG. I like building systems that feel human: teams with rhythm, products with soul, and tools that remove chaos instead of quietly adding three more dashboards and a spreadsheet nobody asked for. Games taught me to think in loops, feedback, emotion, progression, and the tiny details that make people come back. These days, I'm building Wery — a business OS for service companies, shaped by everything I've learned from games, LiveOps, community, and studio operations. You can usually find me writing, building, poking at code, thinking about game design and graphic design, or listening to music and game soundtracks while trying to turn messy industries into something a little more elegant.
