Hi, I'm Artem Permyakov — a founder, game producer, and studio builder. I've spent a decade in game development, moving between production, player experience, studio leadership, LiveOps, roadmaps, and the invisible machinery that turns creative chaos into shipped things. Previously, I led Studio Operations at DECA Games and helped lead a remote AA studio through pre-production on a UE5 horror-action RPG. These days, I'm building Wery — a business OS for service companies, shaped by what I've learned from games, teams, LiveOps, and operations. I like products with soul, systems that feel human, and tools that remove chaos instead of adding three dashboards and a spreadsheet nobody asked for. You can usually find me writing, building, poking at code, thinking about game or graphic design, and listening to music or game soundtracks.
